We’ve been trying to get our pic verification all afternoon how long does it normally take? |

Has it been correctly with both you in it and the etc and uploaded to the proper link |

When I photo verified it took about a day, depends how busy it is and how many people are doing the verifications. |

It shouldn't take that long and 24 hours seems a really long time. If people think they have uploaded the pic correctly then always get in touch with Admin from the contact link if it has been longer than an hour so since you uploaded it |
