Removing verifications

A site member and I were talking but they said their messages had run out so they verified me but in the verification they sent a message requesting my number (which I didn't send lol) so I would see it. We have not met how do I remove this?

You can ask admin to remove it as it is not a legitimate verification as they have not met you or seen you on cam
