I haven’t been able to access chat rooms (new or old style) on any platform (iPhone iPad laptop) For the last few months says “my session has timed out”
I have contacted admin and technical help with no response so far. anybody else having this problem.

Yes did once but only timed out but was up and running soon afterwards few minutes I'd understand if a person wasn't a site supporter but being one takes away the benefits of site supporter having limits access. |

I know it has something to do with my account as I had set up a new profile just to see if I could enter the chat rooms and I could
It’s so frustrating not being to get in them it does make me wonder whether to renew SS or not |

Yes I have tried Google chrome Safari and Aloha all of them come up with the same thing.
Using the same phone or laptop on my other account I have complete access to the chat rooms |

Sorry I misread....it sounds like you have been in chat , not typed much and it has thrown you out, click on re enter chat link. If all else fails turn it on and off / clear cookies etc to see if that works |
