Can’t respond in forum

L’boro/Ashby & Cheltenham

A friend has been on the site for about 9 weeks but can’t respond to any messages in the forum. It lets her click on reply and write the post, but when it comes to pressing post, it opens up a new pages that has ‘Back to forum list’ at the top, with ‘Post new topic’ underneath. The message never gets posted. Any ideas?
