How do i report a user who i felt was hate based threatening who has blocked me please ?

If you still have their message you can block from that.

Sorry to hear, if you received a message from them and you still have this you can report from the message sent to you alternatively if you remember their user name if the above isn't possible go to bottom of your profile to contact us and report with as much information as you can including their details.

To site owner admin should still receive this and help you x

There's no need to use the contact button to report someone.

As has been said you can report from a message or of you know the profile name report from their profile. If they've blocked you copy your profile URL but replace your name with theirs and you will be able to report.
