Im pretty sure Admin wont respond to or act on a single male profile asking to change to a couple profile, particularly if all his verifications allude to him being single
Setting up a new profile using a different email address and get it photo verified with your partner is the way forward imho |

Having been a single male and have had an upgrade to a couples profile changed by Admin in the past I can validate that this is an option. |

you can either make a new profile or you can amend your current profile stating NO LONGER SINGLE AND IN A RELATIONSHIP,, maybe run both for a while then just use 1 of them,,, just dont verify yourself if you make a new profile |
