Verification photo just stuck at unreviewed

So this isn't for me but for a fellow user who was away and is now coming back. She has created an account (kittenix) but having tried to send several verification photos none are getting through. She was on here as khaleesi.kitten before and it would be great to have her back. |

She would have to ask herself from the contact link. It could also be a good idea to check she is uploading a pic with both her username and site name on and she is holding it |

She's tried 3 times, site link, user name hands and face all the boxes ticked and the click link for contact isn't working.
sounds like create another new profile and go through it again and hope for a better outcome?
