I’m trying to verify someone and it’s saying it’s working but nothing shows up for him. I understand it’s maybe cos we were accessing the site using the same internet connection. I’ve now gone away and am on another connection but having the same issue. Am I now banned from verifying him or is there something I can do?
He knows where to look so it’s not a UX issue or owt.
I was able to verify someone else so I’m deffo doing it right and not fully blocked from doing so. |

Sometimes if the other profile is outside your filters/looking for the verification wont save. I tend to add them as a friend, after I've met them and prior to verifying. I always use my own WiFi or data as well.
I don't know what happens after you try to verify another profile from the same connection though. |
