Hi, I am verified and gold member - it allows me to get to upload a video which is 320mb and 56 seconds long it then times out. any ideas anyone?

we upload a lot and the time of day effects the time it takes as pic mods are volunteers so they are on and off site,also i think the quality of vid effects as ive found if u reduce the quality then it certainly goes on faster,my phone records 4k but i reduce to get them on
