Hi. My message filters aren’t working is this a problem for anyone else or is there something I’m doing wrong?

Mine are working OK still, so it may be something else. Have any of them messaged you before, as this can bypass filters.

I put mine on to stop guys messaging but they still message anyway what’s the point in having them
