I just paid to be a site supporter but I’m still being told I’ve got no messages left - I thought I’d get some more straight away - is this not the case ? |

I am unable to see a mambers profile States either you have blocked or other has blocked or admin has suspended site Have spoken face to face with profile She hasn't blocked me I haven't blocked her and both our profiles are open Checked our filters and nothing there to show why I can see her verifications on other sites |

Sorry but there's only a few ways this can work: (i) you are mistaken and have blocked her, (ii) she is lying and she has blocked you, or (iii) one of you has reported the other and forgotten about it (no record available to the user).
You can check your block list and CTRL F to search the page for her username or on a mobile browser, go to settings and select 'find in page.'
If she is not on your block list, she has blocked you.
If she's telling the truth and hasn't blocked you (if you ask someone to their face they might lie and say they didn't block you as it's far less awkward than explaining to your face why they blocked you, it's a very uncomfortable and confrontational situation to be in), then one of you has previously reported the other.
That's the only other thing it can be. Profile's don't randomly block each other without user input.
You can always send a message to admins saying it was a mistake, but if she reported you, she would need to contact admins herself. They might be able to remove the block, but only if the person who used the report feature sends sends the request, for obvious security reasons.
When blocked you CAN still see the verifications they have left for other people, that's normal, though in my opinion this information should be hidden too.
It's always best to create your own threads for specific problems so that your posts don't get lost in the walls of text or unintentionally hijack someone else's thread and issue. |
