Text SWING to 79100, no response

Three times I have attempted to upgrade and had no response. I do hope Fabswingers have not withdrawn funds without providing the service. |

You guys have an automatic spend cap of 0 applied, you'll need to log into providers app or web page and up the limit and 3 again. I had the same issue, took me a while to figure out |

Admin are not in the habit of taking peoples money for nothing
An age restriction on your phone or premium numbers blocked or even a weak signal could be a problem |

Text upgrade troubleshooting
If you didn't get a text back, you WILL NOT be charged. Try another payment method instead.
Received a PIN that doesn't work?
Use this upgrade help form.
Not received a PIN but been charged?
If you check your credit after texting it may show reduced balance even though you haven't received your PIN. Your network is processing the text and it should be on it's way. DON'T TEXT AGAIN OR YOU MAY GET CHARGED TWICE! If your text does not arrive, you won't be charged.
Not received a text after 5 minutes?
Check the following:
Did you text the correct word (SWING) to the correct number 79100?
Enough credit to send a normal text and for the £5 charge?
Do you have signal?
Is your phone registered to an adult aged 18+ and verified to receive adult content? Your mobile network can check this for you.
If you checked out all the above and still don't have a text, please try another payment method. |
