Still can't change profile from male to female and male, if i sign out or delete our account, will I loose my 153 days as a site supporter.

I need to change to m&f because of people blocking single males on their profile, and we're just getting pested by male's.

Appreciate your help with this.

You will loose the 153 days if you delete the account. The only people who can change your account to a couple are admin. If you have asked more than once, that probably means they won't change it. Be prepared to have to photo verify as a couple though.
