How do i post a complimentary verification of a member? The system seems to prevent me doing that unless I have been verified first by a meet. But have met and had great session,

If they are already verified get them to verify you and then you can respond in kind

I am photo verified. Why is that not enough, on its own?

No you must be meet verified before you can verify others.
