I'm confused. On swingers and guys sites there are folk who say they have not blocked me.

But if I try to msg or wink I get the

This user does not want to hear from you

Why is it that?

You maybe out of their age range or they may have all of a particular sex blocked

If you can see the profile, you are not blocked. If they have set their message filters though, you may not meet their criteria and so can not message
