Blocking the user that gave the verification will remove the ability to show the verification text. It will still show in your summary.

If it was given by someone you haven't met then please report it to admin

Just hide the summary , it won’t show who met you !

I can guess which one you want to hide

Just be honest. Trying to pretend you didn’t just because you’re worried it’s affecting future chances is a pretty low shot.
