I would say that the short answer is no.
Picture format is jpeg
And the site only allows a particular format for videos
You also have to consider that whatever pictures or Videos you are uploading have to meet the sites rules for pictures - and that it can not be internet memes etc and you MUST be in the image - which I doubt will be the case with an anniated gif |
