Is anyone else having problems subscribing by the 79100 text route just keeps spooling so cant re new my pass

Yea I can't upgrade using the text system either. Have checked my provider and premium lines are allowed so no idea why not.

Some providers do not allow premium texts. Sky was one but now allows them, and I subscribed by text last time.

If you can’t call and get a code then maybe someone will text for you if you give them the money?

Theres been a kerfuffle each time lately. Texting used to work. But not now for me. So I did a long call, and admin had to check the records to prove it. But now there's no response at all from admin.

Check with your provider to see if they have adult content blocked

Tried to upgrade by Txt sent txt swing to appropriate number 79100 no reply!!! usually responds within seconds. Sent another rqst to upgrade few minutes later same again, no response. 10 mins later received 2 txt confirmations of successful upgrade resulting in being charged twice grrrrrrrr

Sometimes there can be delays due to system errors, communications issues or system maintenance.

Years ago, when I worked in IT support, we used to get users being impatient with their PC's not opening up an application instantly tgat they'd clicked on, and then find multiple instances of it open up, simply because they hadn't waited for Windows background processes to complete after boot up.

Didn’t let me renew by text last night. Waited 30 minutes and no reply so I tried again. Still nothing. Then this morning I got 2 replies and have been charged twice.
