Repeated message blocks

I keep getting told that I am blocked for sending messages and to try again I'm a couple of hours.

I'm not spamming, just responding to messages. Not sending an web links or anything else against the rules. It unusually clears in a few minutes but sometimes takes longer.

What's going wrong.

This is really infuriating as it keeps clicking on and off.

I haven't used any banned words either.

It is fixed now, fixed itself eventually.
