Can you verify someone’s account if you have webcamed them

"I understand that what I mean is say like the other person has ten verifications and one of them is webcam how do I get them to also verify my account, especially after I’ve webcamed with them"
Ask them to verify you? They should anyway as a matter of courtesy. |

You can ask them if they will veri you but you can't make them. |

I did that twice, one account said yes we face timed and nothing and I faced timed with someone this morning and they said the only way I can get verified is if I meet, (which I understand) but how did people “meet” during lockdown |

Unless you cam on here in a cam room they are not meant to give you a cam veri. |

well thats where im confused because one person on the forum said it needed to be these cams (fab) not skype and any time i ask for someones skype they always say they dont have it sorry im just so confused |

"They can verify you if they’ve seen you on cam, doesn’t have to be fab’s cam rooms. Seen tonnes of veris where people have seen them on cam on other social media platforms. X"
Your veri can he removed if it gets found out it was another platform used it happened to someone on the forums a while back they said they had been cam veried using another platform and their veris were removed and it's actually written in the rules somewhere that you have to use the cam rooms here for a cam veri. |
