Log in code

When I log in now I have to put a code in in a red box above my user name if I’m on wifi. This is a recent thing which has happened.

If I log in on mobile data I don’t have to.

I assumed it was something to do with our WiFi but my wife doesn’t have to put the code in when she logs on.

Does anyone have any ideas how to get rid of the code?

Have you tried refreshing the page? Sometimes works.
