How can I send someone a private video?

I have a private video that I recorded for someone but I don’t seem to be able to send it as an attachment to my message.

Please can you help, as when I uploaded the video the site says that this is possible.

You can't. You can only attach photos.

You can either upload it on your profile add them as friends, or make it public.

If they are a friend of yours OP you could attach it to an email/WhatsApp/telegram etc message to them?
