I’ve just spent over an hour clearing out our inbox. I’ve saved a few but deleted the rest. The heading is still showing we still have 1 unread. Any ideas why? Last time I cleared out it was there too.

Log out and back in

Switch to old mailbox then back to new

If that doesn't work, it will sort itself in a few days.
