friend has a pict up and has a lot of fabs,but not showing in hot pages when it should be,any ideas why its not showing

I think it's how many you've received in the last 12 hours, the bottom one on page 1 has over 700

I'm sure people have to be veried 1 way or another for hotpics, does your friend have either green tick or flag? Plus accounts have to be here a certain amount of time I do believe
