If you mean a comment in the forum they remove and give you a time out it needed but you get an instant message telling you x |

Reported for a private message?
Profile reported?
If you post something against the rules on the forum, you'll get a notification.
If you've been reported for something else then it'll depend on the situation as to what actions are taken and if you're notified.
