All i can say is that when mine were mis-used Admin were swift to investigate and the matter was dealt with.
Perhaps it does depend on time of day when the incident is reported.

to be honest i suppose its form of flattery probably they are mingers and your pics are better. I took my pics off because of that when i was on site before. Just take it that your pics are good xxxx have fun xx |

It happened to us when we were on here before, defo wasn't flattered when I found out who was using our pics..
We sent the person a pm which he ignored and we reported the profile to admin, admin were quick to remove our pic of the other profile x |
