I always renew my site membership by text messages however it’s been 12 hours and I haven’t been sent my text message however it has been billed , can I get the message resent?

I was asked to wait 3 days as the problem mentioned above would sort itself in 24-48 hours.
The charge is still on my phone and I have yet to receive the code via text
