Got a friend who recently joined the site and tried multiple times to get photo verified however they kept getting rejected. I've seen the pictures, they are in keeping with the requirements. Site name, username, full body shot with face included, both hands visible. Despite this they kept getting rejected. She gave up and got verified on webcam with people instead. Now her account has been suspended until she photo verifies however rather than telling her the photo has been rejected it now just sits in a permanent state of requesting photo verification. What can she do? |
