Are you using Chrome on Android? If so use another browser and see if that works for you

same here, cannot load. Using crome on PC. just sticking on uploading, then says site is not reachable

Here is Admins message about this

"Hi this looks to be a bug in the latest version of chrome on android if you use another browser as a workaround e.g. firefox or opera it should be OK"
