Account changed

Hi,
We have had a couple account for over 10 years. Last week we updated our info to say wife no longer plays as the previous update of not playing whilst pandemic is on didn't work and we were still receiving many messages. We changed the profile round a bit and hid ourselves for a few days. However we have logged back on tonight and our account has been changed to a male account.
We didn't request this change and are scratching our heads as to who would have made this change without first checking. So can it please be changed back to original account type.

Your profile clearly says your wife no longer plays. Therefore it's now a single male profile. |

There are plenty of other accounts that also state the same if one is taking a break. No one is playing right now. We didn't request for the account to be changed so can it be changed back please? If its easy enough for someone to have changed it surely you can change it back? I will be playing again once this pandemic is over.
