Unable to uploads video's to site using either ....any suggestions pleas ?
Keep getting the message ..."We didn't recognise the upload as an image . Check you're uploading an image and not a video some other file"
We can upload photos , no problem . We have uploaded videos in the past with no problem.

Never mind, I think the problem might be that you aren’t photo verified - if I remember rightly, you need to be meet and photo verified. |

Right !....from our laptop our videos are AVI files and currently won't upload to the site.
We've a few videos on our iphones that we have been able to upload .
Can anyone confirm if AVI files are supported on the site , if they are ,it's obviously a lap top issue.

Can you convert them to MOV and try that? That’s the format iPhones record. MP4 would be worth trying as well. |
