Why am I getting this message when I try to enter the chat rooms? How to fix it. Using Edge browser in Private mode and Edge has just updated itself.

Just found under the Edge settings - Security an option relating to Tracking. The update mustt have reset it to the highest level, changed it to the lowest and can now get into chat rooms. I shall have to see how high a level I can set and still get into rooms
