I noticed the map and post codes feature went missing when I logged in the other day,I initially thought this was something personal to me, I had done something wrong and was being punished, I have sent messages direct to the site owners and other admin, not a single response, it would have been nice for the site owners to have the common decency to at least post an update as to why this feature was being removed, very bad practice indeed I feel. |

If there's a behind the scenes issue, keeping the site live is going to be the top priority, rather than sub-features or adding updates on progress - I'd prefer the site to stay up and generally working, for example, than being taken down and kept down, whilst sequential updates get issued.
We shouldn't expect Admin to respond to us, if we contact them by message about features. Site support doesn't run to that level of personal support, whatever our membership level.
Admin to monitor the feedback via the forum, so users expressing disappointment about losing this feature will be noted. |
