Can't report a user 'cos it says the captcha is incorrect. I've tried several times. I'm definitely not typing the captcha incorrectly.

I have found either refreshing a few times or logging out then back in again works when the Captcha is playing up.

Copy your message, refresh and past it back in will usually work. If you go back or refresh, you'll need to start it all again.
