Question is it possible for the site to permanently block someone, who keeps deleting and making new profiles every time I block him.
I'm thinking no, but just thought I'd ask  |

It's virtually impossible to stop.
Even if they block an IP address it's so easy to get a new one just by turning your router off over night.
Also there's VPN proxy servers that can be used.

Enable the message filters that prevents new profiles from contacting you  |
