I have messaged before about this, I am part of a couple but have a singles profile looking specifically for me. My profile reflects that and there are many people who do this and their profile hasnt changed. Please change it back to a singles profile. I messaged admin weeks ago asking this to be changed. |

This happened to me recently and it took me two weeks to get it changed back. Message “site owners” rather than the other options. Maybe in your profile text where you mention being part of a couple, add something to make it clear this is your solo profile and you don’t arrange couple meets using this profile - seems pointless I know, but it might help.
I’m not sure but I think my messages to admin weren’t getting through all the time, because the message box didn’t always have a captcha box under it - they seemed to send but nothing ever happened. So maybe try refreshing the page until a captcha comes up.
Apart from that, all I can suggest is persistence. |
