video not working

Nothing is happening when I try to play the video on my phone.....been using it all the time so baffled as to why I can't view....any ideas?

Your browser is the icon you push to open or 'browse' the Internet, in my case it is Google chrome.

When my adult (kids) try to advise me with Internet etc they normally say it is pointless telling you Dad cos you won't remember
