Following a rather interesting conversation with an investigative journalist, I would like to permanently remove my account however it is not letting me when I try. Please delete. |

No, I had a conversation, I want my account gone. Simple as that. |

You will need to follow the prompts carefully."
Alas it's not working, I have done all the steps, it just does nothing when I press the delete button. It may be my phone, but I can't find a way round it. |

You can't have followed all the steps or you would be UNLOS.
You need to write the confirmation code into the relevant box.
Look at your screen very carefully, many people miss this.
Without it you cannot delete your account.

Perhaps you need to report this "investigative journalist" to admin so other people don't feel the need to delete their accounts if he/she has a conversation with them. Deleting your account is easy, you just have to follow all the steps. |
