No sound with 2 cams open

The last few weeks, I get sound with one cam open in the chat room, but all sound cuts out when I open a second cam. Happens on Chrome, Edge and Internet Explorer. Any ideas?

I’ve not been getting any sound on cams on pc only using my phone which makes no sense. My mic broadcasts but can’t hear others ??
