Text upgrade not working?

Hi all tried to upgrade via text but when doing so I get a popup saying

Message not sent, phone number formatted incorrectly.

I have use the number 79100 text the word SWING, I have topped up £5 too.

It might be your provider - check with your network provider to see if you have adult settings blocking it?

Its £5 for fab and then the cost of a standard text message, you can’t use your text message allowance for premium rate text messages!

I did mine couple days ago and it all worked fine by text

Cheers I checked my "content lock" n it's turned off, I have £5.90 in credit. Still get the "number not formatted correctly

The charge will be £5 for the supporter fee plus whatever your network charges you to send a premium text I do believe.
