Got a new phone and now cant use the mobile app says content blocked does anyone know how I can get around this thanks in advance j

Manchester(ish).

Sort your privacy and Internet settings with Vodafone. Try using the app first to sort it. Mine Vodafone does it on mobile data but not via WiFi.
