I have had to change my bank account and no longer have a credit or debit card or contract phone, i dont have paypal either, is there any other way i can renew my site supporter membership, i can only deal in cash for the forseeable future |

If you upgrade by text, all that shows on your bill is the number and amount, nothing about Fab. If you pay by card, the FAQs say the following - I haven’t done it though so I can’t confirm this:
“What shows on my bill if I upgrade by card?
If you upgraded with eMPPay.com your card statement will show "eMPPay.com" and the amount you paid, in UK£. The site name is not shown. If you upgraded with Zombaio.com your card statement will show "Zombaio.com" and the amount in Euro. The site name is not shown.” |

I tried to renew via text , I sent the text, the fee has gone on my bill as I got message off my network provider saying I’ve text a premium rate but never received my PIN number ! I’ve message the site supporters explaining this including the number I text from but never got a reply and still not been upgraded either |

I tried to update via PayPal but got a message onscreen here saying card not accepted. PayPal has made the payment but account hasn't been upgraded. What's going on? |
