You can't put a message on the browse section, that is where you browse for specific profiles

The browsing section is just the search section. Your profile is automatically included in searches if you haven’t hidden it.

Desktop site - top left 'your current status' highlighted in yellow.

Mobile - on the right, 3rd down also yellow, update status.

The Browse Section is how to search for profiles that fit certain criteria you are interested in. You can't put a message in there.
