"A friend of mine wants to join ! Is not keen on the photos verifying bit! I think this needs to be changed , it’s putting a lot of people off joining! Maybe an email verification would be better "
I would not want people joining who were not verified . We would be overrun with fake profiles and people with no backbone. |

email doesn’t verify anything though? just that the person setting up the account has an email address? |

The image goes into your gallery but only for you to see.
As is said it can be face or nude body shot, it helps verify gender whereas an email address won't. |
