If it's fake then report it and admin will sort it. However if it's not and you really "don't want it" then maybe think before doing something to earn one  |

If you block the profile that gave it to you, you will no longer be able to display it and the other profile won't be able to display anything you may have left them.
You could contact admin and ask them very nicely to delete it, if it is that important to you.
You could just not show it. |
