everytime i log into fab it says ive '1 unread message' showing

i have completely deleted my inbox of all messages and it would still be there..

anyone got any ideas?

It won’t show if it’s from a long time ago and you using a mobile phone

Try logging on and searching for it on a desk top

If you change from the new inbox to the old at the top of the inbox page you will be able to go through and find it.

We had that and it was Mrs who finally worked it out!

I use both desktop and mobile phone.. deleted my inbox completely a few times..

Its just annoying me now lol

I've had this a few times, even deleting messages one by one didn't work, however if you use the bulk delete option (even on an empty inbox) it will remove it x

Change the way you view the mailbox and see if that works
