I am having prods with my laptop,and the advice i have been given is to completly restor it to the factory setings,is there any way that i can save my profile to my memory stick and then reinstall it

None of your profile details are stored on your PC, it's all stored on the web site - other than any pics you have taken and uploaded to your profile - they'll be saved along with the other pics you save from your PC.

As long as you can remember http://www.fabswingers.com, we'll all still be here when you get it restored!
