We paid for an annual subscription which is about to end. We'd consider another annual but the option seems to have disappeared!? Also, we think that the membership prices should be reviewed, not a great deal of value to be had at the moment, is this a cheeky ask? |

Admin did post about the membership and pricing, after the epidemic started. They have offered refunds, whers people wanted it. The annual option was perhaps removed due to the great uncertainty that this virus has caused and Admins predicted overburden if they predominantly had to refund those who had paid for a longer period of uncertainty. It possibly makes more sense to just take it for shorter chunks of time right now.
You may be able to find some of the old discussions on it, including Admins input. The meets section functionality is what is suspendex at the moment, which for many of us was a small part of what the site offers. I don't remember seeing the annual option for quite a long time now. I'm guessing that site costs are similar with or without what's suspended, so that they are reluctant to cut their income levels that keep the site free for everyone, if they want it l. |
