Anyway to stop this or get them back?"
Hi there is a save button.
Also you only get so many messages a day if you are new.
I save messages. Delete after read them or keep n save. |

I purposely left an unread message, it stayed for 7 days then was gone day 8. The account etc was still there |

All of ours disappeared a few days ago. The whole inbox. Read and unread ones.
I never knew they deleted after a week....is that new as it’s never happened to us before |
