Combining your other post to this one, to upgrade via card at £12.50 you have to be logged In. Your other post mentions not being logged in so not really sure what you upgraded? Do you have more then one account? |

It sounds like you have created multiple profiles and only upgraded one of them. You'll need to log into the one you made a supporter to make use of the supporters' benefits.
